What we expect from our Breakers…
A horse you can catch, in a safe and timely mannerA horse who leads, calmly, respectfully, and out of your spaceA horse who can tie up, safely, and quietlyA horse who can load on the float, quietly, calmly, and reliablyA horse who can have all four feet picked up, out and trimmed with ease and lightnessA horse who can be washed, brushed, hosed down, groomed and trimmedA horse who can be saddled, bridled, booted up, lunged, rugged and led with easeA horse who can be ridden safely, in walk, trot and canter on a loose rein, stop, back up, turn left and rightA horse who can be ridden safely with no sign of buck, bolt, fear, anxiety and tension
These are our basic requirements. Some horses will achieve higher levels of advancement while in our care, but ALL will be taught these basic and absolutely vital skills.

We tailor all our training to suit the horse. Some horses will advance faster than others, some may need more time spent establishing certain commands. We only work to the speed of the horse, each is treated as an individual to ensure the best long term outcome for both horse and owner.
